Taking T beam prefabrication of the Taza-Oujda highway project in Morocco as an example, this paper comprehensively introduces the various processes of the T beam prefabricated by stress concrete. The "flow construction, program management" is implemented, and the construction progress, quality and business indicators are controlled.
