This paper analyses the experience of the entrepreneurial education at home and abroad, and believes that the multi-level talent training mode should be established in China's entrepreneurial education, thus forming the multidimensional degrees system of talent training quality and talent training process and achieving the purposes of"promoting the employment by the entrepreneurship".%本文分析了国内、国外创业教育的经验，认为我国的创业教育应建立多层次的人才培养模式，从而形成人才培养质量和人才培养过程的多维度系统，实现“以创业带动就业”的目的。
