In recent years, due to the rapid development of tourism, Nankunshan has become one of the preferred destinations for summer holiday and recreation of the people in Pearl River Delta and the surrounding areas. This paper introduced the tourism resources of Nankunshan, discussed the problems in tourism development, and proposed countermeasures for the Nankunshan tourism development, including, establishing tourism development agencies, establishing a good relationship between people and geographical environment, strengthening development of special tourism projects, developing various special tourism products, expanding tourism marketing channels and raising awareness, strengthening the tourism personnel training.%近年来旅游业发展迅速的南昆山已成为珠三角及周边地区人们避暑休闲的首选目的地之一。介绍南昆山的旅游资源，探讨南昆山旅游开发存在的问题，从成立旅游开发机构、树立良好的人地关系、强化特色旅游项目开发、开发各种特色旅游商品、拓宽旅游营销渠道提高知名度和加强旅游人才的培养六个方面提出南昆山旅游资源开发对策。
