中国环保民间组织自90年代初发展，至今已走过将近20年的发展历程。环保民间组织通过多种多样的宣传形式，提高公众的环保意识，引导企业承担环境社会责任，推动中国的环境法治建设和国家的可持续发展。近年来，石家庄市环境保护公众参与度不断增加，环保民间组织逐步跃入公众的视野，并在引导社会各界自觉践行生态、低碳、环保的理念以及倡导绿色生产、生活方式等方面发挥了积极作用。本文通过不同层面的调查，了解石家庄市环保民间组织发展现状，分析存在的问题并提出对策。%China's environmental non-government organization has developed since the early 90s, and has nearly 20 years of development so far. The environmental non-government organization improves the public's environmental protection consciousness, guides enterprises to undertake social environmental responsibilities, and promotes the construction of China's environmental law and sustainable development of China, through various forms of propaganda. In recent years, the public participation of environmental protection in Shijiazhuang has been continuously increased, the environmental non-government organization has gradually appeared in the public views, and has played a positive role in guiding the social circles to consciously practice the concept of ecology, low carbon and environmental protection and advocating the green production and life style and so on. Based on the investigation of different levels, this paper understands the present development situation of the environmental non-government organization of Shijiazhuang, analyzes the existing problems and puts forward the countermeasures.
