近年来，我国建筑业发展迅速。但是监管漏洞以及管理上存在的问题，使得已经竣工的房屋在质量上不符合要求。本篇文章着重要分析一下当下建筑行业管理上存在的问题，并针对这些问题提出解决办法，希望对于解决房屋质量问题有所帮助。%In recent years, the construction industry has developed rapidly in China. But regulatory loopholes and problems existing in the management lead to quality problems of the completed building.
