A social befefit evaluation of wind farm project was established with consideration of environmental protection assessment, engineering energy-saving and environmental benefits assessment, and socio-economic assessment. To deal with the mutual contact and mutual influence for indicators, the AHP method was used to determine the weight of a single element and combination, and ultimately determine the weights of the index. A fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was established for the evaluation. Finally a example verified the feasibility of the method.%研究建立了基于环境保护评价、工程节能与环保效益评价和社会经济评价的风电场社会效益指标体系,并针对指标间的相互联系和相互影响,运用AHP层次分析法确定单要素权重和组合权重,最终确定各项指标的权重,从而建立模糊综合评价模型,最后通过一个算例验证本方法的可行性。
