The construction industry plays a very important role in economic development, its engineering quality level is directly related to the economic development and safety of people's life and property, and the increase of the construction quality level not only relates to the long term development of construction enterprises, but also closely relates to social benefit of the engineering. Through the analysis of related situation of construction engineering quality, this article further determines the factors that influencing the construction engineering quality, puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations according to these factors, and to a certain extent, provides the reference basis for improving the quality management mode of the engineering.%建筑行业在经济发展中起到非常重要的作用，其工程质量水平，直接关系到经济的发展和人民的财产生命安全，而建筑工程质量水平的提高，不仅关系到建筑企业的长久性发展，而且与工程的社会效益性也息息相关。本文通过研究分析建筑工程质量相关情况，进一步确定影响建筑工程质量的具体因素，同时针对这些因素，提出相应的政策建议，进而在一定程度上为完善工程的质量管理模式提供参考依据。
