巷道冒顶事故原因分析及煤巷锚网支护工艺实践

         

摘要

分析了宝积山煤矿704运输顺槽冒顶事故原因;并基于该矿“急倾斜、高应力、破碎围岩、复合软顶”复杂地质条件,将锚杆支护挤压加固拱和围岩强度强化原理有机结合,以支护质量检测、矿压观测数据为基础,采用工程类比法进行动态支护设计,确定支护参数;在巷道支护方案设计、巷道断面选型、施工工艺、工器具及支护材料等方面提出了优化改进措施,并在现场应用实施,有效控制了巷道围岩变形,取得了显著的技术经济效果。%This article analyzes the roof fall accident of Baojishan Coal Mine 704 transport gateway. And based on the "high-dipping, high stress, broken surrounding rock, compound soft top" geological conditions of this mine, the bolting extrusion reinforced arch and surrounding rock reinforcement principle are combined. Based on the support quality detection and mine pressure observation data, the engineering analogy method is used for dynamic supporting design to determine the supporting parameters; optimized improvement measures are put forward in roadway support scheme design, roadway cross section selection, construction technology, instruments and the supporting material and are applied in the site, to effectively control the deformation of roadway surrounding rock. Significant technical and economic effect has been achieved.
