随着海原县退耕还林政策补助陆续到期，部分退耕农户生计将出现困难。因此退耕还林成果基本口粮田建设显得尤为重要。本文就此提出一些建议。%As the subsidies of returning farmland to forest policy is expiring, part of the returning-farmland farmers' livelihood will have difficulty. So the construction of basic grain ration farmland is particular important. This paper puts forward some suggestions about the construction of the basic grain ration farmland.
