In view of the business characteristic of geological survey enterprise and combined with the concept and practice experience of the project group coordinated management, this article puts forward the project group coordinated management mode of the geological survey enterprises, to improve the work efficiency and management level of enterprises by the analysis of the internal business processes of the enterprise, the decomposition of the work, the orientation of the responsibility and the matched incentive mechanism.%针对地质勘探企业的业务特点，结合项目群协同管理的理念和实践的经验，提出了地质勘探企业的项目群协同管理模式，通过企业内部业务流程的梳理、工作分解和责任定位，以及配套的激励机制三方面的配合，提高企业的工作效率和管理水平。
