文章采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、实地访谈法等研究方法，对近七年来新疆竞技武术套路运动员培养现状、教练员现状、竞赛制度、培养模式等方面进行了调查与分析，得出：竞赛管理要制度化、规范化；培养模式要注重由体教结合转为体教融合；教练员培养既要实用化，又要科学化；武术馆校、俱乐部经营要商业化、职业化，如此才能实现新疆武术的战略化发展。%In this paper, using the method of literature, questionnaire survey method, interview method and so on, out of the last seven years in Xinjiang Wushu athlete training, coaches, competition system, training mode and other aspects of the investigation and analysis, competition management to: institutionalization, standardization; training mode should pay attention to the the combination of sports and education into physical education; coaches training not only practical, but also scientific; Wushu school, club management to commercial, occupation, so as to realize the development strategy of Xinjiang wushu.
