以大学生在开放网路环境下的思想行为和文化学习为研究对象，首先通过问卷调查和访谈的方式，在前期搜集数据分析的基础上，结合实际，比较大学生在网络上受到的影响与高校传统思想文化教育的同一性与差异性，并探讨目前大学传统思想文化教育与现实脱节的现象及原因分析，形成一套适用于大学结合现代网络环境对大学生实施教育管理的方法和方案。%This paper takes the thoughts and actions and cultural learning of college students under the open network environment as the research object. Firstly, by way of questionnaires and interviews, based on the analysis of data gathered in the earlier stage, and combined with the reality, it compares the similarities and differences of the impact of the network on college students and the traditional ideology and culture education in colleges and universities and discusses the current phenomenon that the traditional ideology and culture education in the college is disconnected with the reality and the analysis of the reasons. It forms a set of methods and solutions that are suitable for the colleges to carry out the education management on college students combined with the modern network environment.
