建筑节能工作是落实国务院“节能减排”工作的重要组成部分。文章从围护结构、供暖、以及绿色照明等方面论述了我国建筑节能存在的一些问题，并提出了应对这些问题的一系列措施。%The work of building energy conservation is an important implement of "energy conservation and emissions reduction" that belongs to the state council. This article discusses some problems of building energy efficiency of China from the palisade structure, heating, and green lighting, and puts forward a series of measures to deal with these problems.
