The author has surveyed the graduates in 2011, 2012 and 2013 of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Department of Huaian College of Information Technology from 2012 to 2013, combined with Max analysis report, tries to research the upgrade way of employment quality effect of the graduates in higher vocational colleges from empirical perspective.%笔者从2012年到2013年，对淮安信息职业技术学院机电工程系11、12、13级毕业生进行了调查走访，结合麦克思分析报告，试图从实证角度看高职院校提升毕业生就业质量效果提升的途径。
