本文基于因子分析和DEA的方法,运用SPSS17.0和DEAP2.1软件对关中一天水经济区内43个县的投资环境进行评价,并得出结论:区内县域投资环境较好,但各县之间的差距较大,并且不同的县城其投资环境不同,必须根据具体情况采取不同措施来改善投资环境以使其达到最优.%This paper evaluates Guanzhong - Tianshui economic zone 43 counties investment environment based on factor analysis and DEA method, using SPSS17.0 and DEAP2.1 software, and draws the conclusion: the county area investment environment is high, but the gap among the counties is larger, and different county has its investment environment, and takes different measures to improve the investment environment so as to achieve optimal according to the specific circumstances.
