学风是学校办学实力、办学特色的重要体现,加强学风建设是提高专业技术人才培养质量的重要保证.文章指出了当前部分学员学风府在学习目的不明确、学习态度不端正、学习方法差等主要问题,在分析学风问题原因的基础上,提出改善任职教育院校学风建设举措.%Style of study can embody school running power and characteristics. Strengthening construction of style of study is an important ensurance of improving professional talentsquality. The paper points out main problems such as indefinite study destination, inadequate study motivation,poor study method, lack of practice skills of students style of study. By analysing the main causes of these problems, the paper puts forword the direction to improve constructing style of study for professional education academy.
