我国公租房租金定价标准存在的问题及定租原则

         

摘要

公租房是我们政府为解决目前我国社会“夹心层”住房问题而提供的过渡性的住房.公租房租高低直接关系公租房保障效果的发挥.从我国实际出发,发现现行公租房租金定价的问题,提出定价原则,使其真正发挥“保障”作用.在借鉴外国经验的基础上,为我国公租房定租的原则提供一个系统思路.%Public Rental Housing is a kind of transitional house provided by the government to citizens who are unable in buying commodity house and paying enough for market rent. It is the better ways for the government to solve the current housing difficulty. There are directly relations between rent and security effect of Public Rental Housing. The paper intends to leam some advanced experiences from abroad to find out the problem in aspect of making rent and create the principles that how to making rent of Public Rental Housing in order to provide a systematic thinking for us.
