This paper studies the cost control and management in construction phase of building construction, makes a detailed analysis of the characteristics, control principles and control strategies of construction project cost control, including the signing and management of the contract, construction materials, as well as the purchase and use of facilities, changes review and approve in the engineering construction, the engineering construction claims as well as the cost settlement after completion, in order to promote effective cost control of building construction, as well as to enhance the effectiveness of building construction unit.%本文以建筑工程建设中的施工阶段中的造价控制与管理为对象展开了研究,详细的分析了建筑工程造价的控制特点,控制原则以及控制策略,主要包括工程进行中的合同签订以及管理、建筑材料以及设施的购买以及运用、工程建设中的变更审查以及批准、工程建设中的索赔问题以及竣工之后的造价结算五个方面的分析与说明,以期促进建筑工程正式施工中的有效造价控制,以及提升建筑工程施工单位的效益.
