基于交互记忆系统的科研团队知识共享模型研究

         

摘要

The interactive memory system is the achievements in recent years of domestic and foreign scholars on how to improve team performance. The article regard the interactive memory system as a new perspective of team innovative team atmosphere, and combined with the three major topics involved in the interactive memory system:(a)specialization (or memory differences);(b)coordination;(c)credibility, which more effectively explain the the variables in the team knowledge processing that can improve team performance, and become the focus of the current scholars. Articles on the basis of combing Transactive Memory System research, according to the characteristics of the research team organizational behavior establish innovative research team knowledge sharing model, and verify the the interactive memory system to improve team knowledge sharing capabilities and team ability to innovate, in order to improve the performance of the research team.%  交互式记忆系统是近几年国内外学者对如何提高团队工作绩效研究的成果,将交互式记忆系统作为科研团队创新团队氛围的一个新视角,并结合交互记忆系统涉及的三个方面:(a)专门化( Specialization)(或记忆差异性);( b)协调性(Coordination);(c)可信性(Credibility),更有效地解释团队知识处理过程的变量,被认为可以提高团队绩效,而成为当前学者关注的焦点。文章在梳理交互记忆系统方面相关研究成果的基础上,根据科研团队组织行为方面的特点,建立创新科研团队知识共享的模型,验证交互记忆系统改善团队知识共享能力及团队创新能力,以提高科研团队绩效。
