From the point of view of technological innovation efficiency, using the CCR model and BCC model, this article carried out evaluation and empirical research on technological innovation using efficiency of China's equipment manufacturing industry based on panel data of development of seven industries of China's equipment manufacturing industry from 2006 to 2010. By DEA method to analyze technological efficiency of seven industries of China's equipment manufacturing industry during 2006-2010, and then sort the technological innovation efficiency of seven industries, summarize development status and the possible causes of the various sub-sectors.% 本文从技术创新效率角度，采用CCR模型和BCC模型，基于2006-2010年中国装备制造业7个行业发展的面板数据，对我国装备制造业技术创新使用效率进行评价和实证研究。通过DEA方法对2006-2010年我国装备制造业7个行业技术效率进行分析，然后对7个行业的技术创新效率进行排序，并对各子行业的发展状况及可能的原因作了总结。
