21世纪，全球老龄化问题不断加剧，由于我国未富先老的社会特点，老龄化问题则日益突出。本文通过借鉴国外发达国家的居家养老模式，以合肥市为例，介绍了合肥市居家养老服务现状及首个居家养老项目—太阳湾老年公寓，最后提出在居家养老模式推行过程中的创新性建议。%In the 21st century, global aging problem is more serious. Because of the social characteristics of becoming old before getting rich in China, aging issues have become increasingly prominent. By drawing on the family endowment mode of the developed countries, by taking Hefei city as a example, this paper introduces the status of family endowment in Hefei city and the first family endowment item: the Taiyangwan apartment for the elderly, and finally put forward the innovative proposals in the process of implementing the family endowment mode.
