In this article, the existent coring problems of Penglai Block in Bohai Sea are summarized. The results show that the Minghuazhen and Guantao Formation are loosen and unsolidation, the burial hill formation has the characteristics of low cement strength and fracture and the loose sand formation and clay formation exchange frequently and exist the inhomogeneous in rock hardness. So it is difficult to recover cores from this block. In view of the difficulties in coring operation, the coring tool including the drilling techniques, optimized, and the coring job was successfully finished.% 对渤海蓬莱区块取心难点进行了分析：明下段、馆陶组地层岩性疏松，潜山风化壳地层破碎，软硬交错频繁，这是取心收获率低的主要原因。针对取心难点，对取心工具进行了改进，并优化了疏松地层取心工艺技术措施，最终获得了满意的取心效果。
