构建社会主义和谐社会，是新形势下党中央提出的一个重大命题，是中国共产党和广大党员先进性的具体体现。在构建社会主义和谐社会中，企业承担着不可推卸的责任，同时也将在构建和谐社会中受惠。本文作者结合基层党支部工作经验，对于加强和改进党的基层组织建设，发挥基层党支部在建设和谐企业中的作用进行了初步探讨。%Building a socialist harmonious society is an important issue proposed by the CPC Central Committee under the new situation, and reflects the advancement of the CPC and the majority of party members.
