缸体铸件材料缩松缺陷的解决及硬度的改善

         

摘要

Aiming at shrinkage, low casting body hardness (HB 170-190) and other quality problems in thick part of Perkins4100 cylinder casting, through the control and optimized selection of raw materials, strengthening the control of the duplex melting liquid iron quality, adjusting and optimize smelting process (adjusting C, Si content, optimizing Cr-Cu-Sn alloy amount, adjusting the pouring temperature, improving blast furnace inoculation process), adopting front furnace rapid detection technology, strengthening the quality of the casting body detection and other measures to make Perkins4100 cylinder block casting hardnessto meet the requirements, and solve shrinkage defects of thick parts.%  针对Perkins4100缸体铸件的厚大部位存在缩陷、铸件本体硬度偏低(HB 170—190)等质量问题,通过对原材料进行控制和优化选择,加强双联熔炼铁液质量的控制,调整优化熔炼工艺(调整C、Si量,优化Cr-Cu-Sn合金加入量,调整浇注温度,改进炉前孕育工艺),采用炉前快速检测技术,加强铸件本体质量检测等措施使Perkins4100缸体铸件硬度满足了要求,解决了厚大部位的缩松缺陷。
