汽包锅炉两侧水位偏差的原因分析及治理措施

         

摘要

The drum water level is one of the important safety indexes of boiler operation. The drum water level directly affects the safety and efficiency of boiler operation, therefore, remaining the drum water level in a normal range is the foundation of safe and reliable boiler operation. The thesis will analyze the cause of water level deviation according to the research of the water level deviations in two opposite sides of the water drum of a 600MW subcritical boiler, which belongs to Ningxia Datang International Daba Power Generation Co., Ltd. After analyzing the boiler operation and optimizing, adjusting and testing the drum water level, the research will help resolve the existent deviation of the drum water level which is proved quite effective. Meanwhile, this thesis will also serve as a theory and instruction in regulating the deviation of drum water level.%  锅炉汽包水位是锅炉运行的一项重要的安全指标。由于汽包水位的高低直接影响机组的安全经济运行,因此保持汽包水位在正常范围内,是保证锅炉安全稳定运行的重要基础。论文针对宁夏大唐国际大坝发电有限责任公司600MW亚临界锅炉汽包左右两侧水位偏差实际情况,分析水位偏差产生的原因,通过运行诊断及优化调整试验,对锅炉的汽包水位偏差现象进行专项治理,取得了较好的治理效果。同时,从锅炉运行角度出发,提供了减小汽包水位偏差的理论指导。
