基于强度折减法和ANSYS的巷道稳定性分析

         

摘要

At present, the slope stability research based on the strength reduction theory numerical analysis method has made great progress, but the application of strength reduction method on the stability of the coal mine roadway research is still rare. Taking a coal mine as an example, strength reduction finite element method was introduced into the coal mine tunnel stability analysis. With the reduction of material mechanical strength parameters of rock mass, the rock was reached to the state of limit equilibrium, at that time, the reduction factor was the factor of safety. The calculation results show that: the convergence, numerical calculation, the plastic zone appeared "class through area" and the characteristics of site displacement mutation is the three judgments of the roadway damage. With comprehensively considering of the three conditions, we can find the roadway is damaged or not. This method can quantitatively evaluate the stability of the coal mine tunnel. It is a big improvement than the experience method. This method also can be used in the following aspects, such as:evaluating of the rationality of the design, providing the basis for bolting sport, and improving support parameters and construction technology.%  现如今,基于强度折减原理的数值分析方法在边坡稳定性的研究取得很大进展,而应用强度折减法对巷道稳定性分析方面的研究还是比较少见。这篇文章以某煤矿为工程实例,采用强度折减法,借助数值分析软件ANSYS,分别对某煤矿顶底板坚硬而两帮柔软的巷道实例的稳定性进行分析。按照强度折减法改变岩体的力学参数,使其达到极限平衡状态,此时的折减系数即为安全系数。计算结果表明,特征部位位移突变、计算数值不收敛和塑性区出现“类贯通区”是巷道失稳的判断依据,综合考虑这三个条件,可以较好的判断巷道是否稳定。这种方法可以定量评价该巷道的稳定性,为巷道支护提供依据,相对于经验法有了很大提高,也可用于评定设计的合理性,改进支护参数和施工工艺。
