随着建设工程的不断增多和项目规模的日益扩大，使项目管理的重要性随之凸显。基于此点，本文提出一种“三+三”的工程项目管理模式，期望能够为建设工程的顺利进行给予一定帮助。%With the growing construction projects and the increasing expansion of the size of the project, the importance of project management highlights.
