建筑工程预算在项目工程中起到至关重要的作用。建筑工程预算的准确是项目工程顺利展开、如期按质完成以及工程竣工结算的重要保障。因此，笔者通过分析建筑工程预算管理中存在的现实问题，提出了应对策略，以期为施工企业在建筑工程预算管理方面提供借鉴意义，并推动我国建筑行业预算管理体系向统一化、科学化、动态化的方向发展，实现建筑工程造价的动态管理。%Construction project budget plays a crucial role in a project. The accuracy of the construction project budget is the important guarantee of the smooth launch, on time accomplishment and project completion settlement of the project. Therefore, the author puts forward the coping strategies through the analysis of the practical problems in the construction project budget management, and hopes to provide references for the construction enterprises in construction project budget management, as well as to promote China's budget management system in construction industry to develop in unified, scientific and dynamic direction, and finally realizes the dynamic management of construction project cost.
