基于CDIO的一体化创新人才培养模式的研究与实践

         

摘要

CDIO理念是国外最先进的工程教育理念.依据标准的CDIO思想,大连东软信息学院提出了TOPCARES-CDIO理念,旨在通过对学生的知识、能力与态度的一体化教育培养高质量的应用型人才.根据TOPCARES-CDIO理念,专业创新性地构建了12步专业建设流程,应用系统分析法进行了课程关联度分析.本文以此为基础,探讨了专业一体化能力体系,一体化课程体系,从而明确了一体化创新人才培养模式.%CDIO concept is the most advanced engineering education concept abroad.According to the standard of CDIO concept,TOPCARES-CDIO concept is put forward by Dalian Neusoft Institute of Information,which aims at training applied talents of high quality by training the students' knowledge,ability and attitude.According to TOPCARES-CDIO concept,the professional construction process with 12 steps is built professionally and innovately,the ralation between the curriculum is analysed with system analysis method.On the basis of the analysis,this paper discusses integrated competency and integrated curriculum system,in order to get the integration of talent training mode explicitly.
