煤炭在我国能源结构中占70％以上,煤炭开采过程中需排放大量废水,若不经处理直接排放,不仅造成水资源的大量浪费,势必也对环境造成严重污染.随着国家及社会对环境保护的重视.与此同时,矿井水处理的项目管理也应得到重视.本文针对矿井水处理建设工程项目管理的特征,分别从前期决策、运营管理及项目档案管理三方面分析,为今后矿井水处理项目管理提供参考.%Coal accounts for more than 70％ of energy structure in China.It is necessary to discharge much wastewater during the process of coal mining.It will not only cause the water resources waste,but also cause serious pollution to the environment if waste water is discharged without treatment.With the country and society's concern on environmental protection,the project management of the mine water treatment also should be valued.In this paper,according to the characteristics of the mine water treatment project management,analysis is given from early decision-making,operations management,and project archives management respectively,providing reference for future mine water treatment project management.
