East and West,Cantonese food is best,which provides the human environment for vigorous development of food and beverage industry in Guangzhou.It is the cultural soil which Catering Time-honored Brand can be survived.However,it is contrary to the rapid development of overall catering industry in recent years.Due to various problems,Guangzhou Time-honored Brand companies have to go out of business.This paper made analysis of the causes and marketing reflection.%“食在广州”,广州人爱吃,为广州餐饮业蓬勃发展提供了人文环境,而这正是餐饮老字号赖以生存的文化土壤.但是近年采,与整体饮食业高速发展相背,广州老字号餐饮企业因各种问题纷纷歇业,坊间对此痛惜的背后蕴含着怎么样的无奈?就市场营销与品牌传播的角度,本文浅尝剖析个中原因与营销反思.
