调查研究在中原经济区建设的大背景下，立足省情，客观分析大学生村官培养机制存在的问题，提出对大学生村官的新要求，通过完善对大学生村官的培养，使其更好的服务于中原经济区建设。%In the context of the Central Plains Economic Zone development, based on the situation in the province, this paper made a objective analysis of the existing problems of the Student Village Officer training mechanism and put forward the new requirements of the Student Village Officer, to make them well serve to the Central Plains Economic Zone through the improvement of the Student Village Officer training.
