在当今飞速发展的信息化时代，世界的各个角落以及各行各业都在普遍应用计算机网络解决各种问题以及传输信息。计算机网络在给人们各个方面带来便利的同时也相应的带来了一系列的烦恼和麻烦，如：网络在生活和工作中的日常维护。计算机网络一旦出现故障就会影响到整个单位的工作，因此，为了把网络故障对工作的影响降低到最小，掌握处理网络常见故障的方法是十分必要的。本文对常见的网络故障进行了分类并且介绍了几种排查故障的方法。%In the information age with rapid development, all world and all walks of life are using the computer network to solve all kinds of problems and information transmission. The computer network brings convenience to people, but also brings a series of troubles and problems, such as network daily maintenance in the life and work. Computer network failure will affect the work of units, therefore, in order to reduce the influence of network failure to work to the minimum, it is necessary to master methods of troubleshooting network. In this paper, the network fault classification and several methods for troubleshooting are introduced.
