太仓港电厂磨煤机入口一次风隔绝门改造

         

摘要

According to the situation that the entering primary air isolation valve of coal mill in the taicang harbor power plant 330MW unit couldn't be closed tightly and jamming, the isolation valve was retrofitted, the untight closing problem of primary air isolation and too high temperature problem in the jury mill were successfully solved, which not only ensured the maintenance works in the mill could be carried smoothly and the safety of repairing works was raised, but also recycles waste heat and air leakage, the retofit effect was remarkable.%  针对太仓港电厂330MW机组磨煤机入口一次风隔绝门关不严、卡涩的情况,对一次风隔绝门进行了改造,成功的解决了一次风隔绝门关闭不严和备用磨煤机磨内温度过高的问题,不仅确保了磨煤机内部检修工作的顺序进行和提高了检修工作的安全性,同时也减少了热污染和漏风,改造效果显著。
