电力大部分业务均采用了分组化传输,PTN分组传送网融合了SDH网络和IP网络各自的优势,已经成为电力通信系统网络宽带化、业务IP化和多元化的重要通信方式。针对电力生产控制要求高可靠性、低时延特性要求,文章分析了PTN网络的QoS网络保障架构,借鉴ASON技术,建立了传送平面、管理平面、控制平面三个平面。并从流量控制和传输路由两个方面论证了PTN的QoS保障体系。根据流量从进入网络到出网络各个阶段,实现流分类、流量管理、拥塞管理、队列调度等流量控制机制。最后阐述了面向连接的路由控制过程。% Most of the electricity business have adopted the packet transmission. PTN (packet transport network) combining with the advantages of SDH and IP networks, has become important means of communication in power communication system network for broadband, IP-based services and diversified. According to the requirements of high reliability, low latency characteristics in power production and control, this paper analyzes the security architecture of QoS in the PTN network. It establishes three planes of transport plane, management plane and control plane drawing on ASON technology. And it demonstrates the security system of PTN QoS from the flow control and transmission route. According to each stage of the traffic from entering the network and leaving, it achieves the flow control mechanism of traffic classification, traffic management, congestion management and queue scheduling. It describes the connection-oriented routing control process at last.
