Split disintegration lifting is the common construction means of steel project, and is one of the important features of steel construction, especially when the lifting equipment is restricted, it had superior usability. Combining with shaft kiln V2 system construction, this paper elaborated the process that when the lifting equipment was restricted, the splitting technology was successfully used to solve this problem and to ensure the quality, save time and reduce costs.% 拆分解体吊装是钢结构工程中常应用的施工手段，是钢结构施工的重要特点之一，尤其是在起重设备受到限制时，具有超强的实用性。结合套筒竖窑V2系统的施工，详细阐述了在受到起重设备限制时，通过拆分技术，成功的解决了此施工难题，保证了质量、节约了工期、降低了成本。
