Undergraduate Innovational Experimentation Program is an important way to improve the quality of undergraduate education, cultivating innovative talents. Since the implementation of Undergraduate Innovational Experimentation Program, Shandong Agricultural University has cultivated a group of innovative talents who are typical of Wang Shaojie of water conservancy institute of civil engineering, and motivated the students' innovation boom at the same time. In order to promote the implementation of Undergraduate Innovational Experimentation Program, combining with the experience in taking part in Undergraduate Innovational Experimentation Program in Shandong Agricultural University, the author gives some opinions on how to declare, how to implement and how to open the lab to help college students carry out smoothly.% 大学生创新性实验计划是为了提高本科教育质量、培养创新型人才的一项重要举措。山东农业大学自实施创新实验计划以来，着实培养了一批以水土学院王少杰为典型的具有创新精神的人才，同时也激发了在校学生的创新热潮。为了推动我校创新实验计划的进一步实施，本文结合笔者参与山东农业大学创新性实验计划的经验，就如何申报、如何实施、实验室如何开放等问题提出一些观点和看法，以帮助大学生顺利实施创新实验计划。
