Anti-fire cap, also known as spark arrester, is a fire safety installation set after motor vehicle and engine exhaust pipe to allow the exhaust air flow through and prevent the mars ejected. The gathering and transportation station belonging to oil and gas crowded place is equipped with MWLF-120 long-retardant anti-fire cap in general. Before going to station, the vehicle driver chooses anti-fire cap whose specification should coincide with the exhaust pipe diameter, and then uses the open wrench to tighten the clamp screws in the tail of exhaust pipe, or the anti-fire cap is easy to be failure and loss in movement. If the anti-fire cap is falling off and crushed by the vehicle, it will bring greater security risks to the gathering and transportation station.% 防火帽又称火花熄灭器，是一种安装在机动车、内燃机排气管路后，允许排气流通过，且阻止排气流内的火星喷出的安全防火、阻火装置。在集输泵站油气密集场所一般使用的是MWLF-120长期配装型防火帽。进站前由车辆司机选择防火帽进行安装，安装时所选防火帽规格要与排气管口径吻合，然后用开口扳手拧紧卡箍两端螺丝固定在排气管尾部，否则车辆以及施工机械在运动的过程中很容易使防火帽失效和脱落，脱落后车辆将防火帽压坏，给集输泵站安全管理工作带来较大安全隐患。
