Based on the introduction of UV disinfection technology characteristics, the paper analyzes the influencing factors of disinfection by ultraviolet ray, and presents the application of UV disinfection technology in municipal wastewater treatment plant. As the UV disinfection has many advantages, as China's environmental protection department pays more attention to the tail water disinfection of sewage treatment plant, ultraviolet disinfection will more be applied to sewage treatment industry.% 本文在介绍紫外线的消毒技术特点基础上，分析了各因素对紫外线消毒效果的影响，并阐述了紫外线消毒技术在城镇污水厂中实际应用情况。由于紫外线消毒在很多方面都具有很多的优势，因此，随着我国政府环保部门和民众对污水处理厂污水尾水消毒的日益重视，以及紫外线消毒逐步在部分污水厂运行中的经验积累，紫外线消毒将更多的被应用到污水处理行业中。
