本文旨在原有4UM-600型马铃薯挖掘机的基础上，对机架进行了改进和设计。在机架改进的基础上，增大作业时挖掘铲的前后振动幅度，改变偏心轴以及偏心的位置，对应的角度调节机构由原来的两个减为一个。改进后的马铃薯挖掘机制造成本低，节约材料，并且适合于我省地形及农民使用。%This paper aimed at improving and designing the chassis on the basis of original 4UM-600-type potato excavator. On the basis of chassis improvement, it increased the before and after vibration amplitude of digging shovel in operation, changed the eccentric shaft and the eccentric position, and reduced one corresponding angle adjustment mechanism. The manufacturing cost of the improved potato excavator is low, and it saves material, and it is suitable for the local topography and farmers.
