This paper will discuss how to evaluate the highway alignment continuity of K28+600~K53+047.983 section of Urumqi Raocheng Expressway (East) preliminary design by operating speed method.% 目前，在道路线形设计评价中采用较多的是透视图法和运行速度法。透视图法有现成的软件可以生成，运行速度法是《规范》的方法，本文将结合乌鲁木齐绕城高速公路（东线）初步设计推荐线K28+600~K53+047.983路段探讨如何用运行速度来评价公路线形的连续性。
