Shaanxi Province is rich in tourism resources, and Xi'an is an internationally renowned tourist destination city. Every year, a continuous of the foreign tourists comes to Xi'an. The demand of foreign language guide is growing. Star of Xi'an Fanyi University Tour Guide Training Center is one of innovation and entrepreneurship training programs for college students of Xi'an Fanyi University. The purpose of the program is to provide pre-job training for students who have past Test for Certificate of Foreign Language Guide, and bridges the college students and travel agency. The paper studies the tour guide training program is practical or not.% 陕西是旅游资源大省，西安更是国际知名旅游热点城市，每年来西安的外国游客络绎不绝。随着近几年游客数量的不断增长，新成立的国际旅行社也越来越多，各类外语导游需求量也越来越大。西译之星——导游实训中心，是西安翻译学院大学生创新创业训练计划项目之一。本项目旨在为我校已获得外语导游证的学生提供全面、细致、扎实的岗前培训，为广大同学与各旅行社之间搭起一座坚实桥梁。那么，在大学校园里实施这样一个导游实训项目是否真的具有可行性？
