Industrial water, as a long-term cause, not only can effectively improve the economic efficiency of enterprises, but also can effectively conserve water resources. If likened the industrial water-saving to a river, industrial cooling tower, as efficient water-saving equipment, is the boats and bridges through this river. Unless no water in the production process, just it uses water, cooling tower must be used to cool the water to achieve industrial water reuse. Thus, the cooling tower is the most important even the only way of industrial water saving. This article describes the goal of water saving in the next decade, and proposes some suggestions for the problems in the current cooling tower.%工业节水作为一项千秋大业，不仅能够有效提高企业的经济效益，更能有效的节约水资源。如果把工业节水比喻成一条河，那么高效的节水设备即工业冷却塔就是渡过这条河的船和桥。除非生产工艺上不用水，只要用水，冷却就必须用冷却塔才能实现工业水的重复利用。因此，冷却塔是工业节水最重要乃至唯一的途径。本文介绍了我国未来十年的节水目标，并针对我国目前冷却塔存在的问题提出了一些建议。
