校企合作是高职院校教育发展的必然趋势，然而在校企合作的过程中，企业文化和校园文化必然会产生一些碰撞，如何正确的认识这些碰撞并在此基础上找出两者相互交融的途径是关键。本文从认识、操作、偏差三个角度诠释了高职院校校园文化与企业文化的碰撞，从物质文化、制度文化、行为文化、精神文化四个层面探究两者交融的路径。%University-enterprise cooperation is inevitable trend in the development of higher vocational college education, but in the process of cooperation between colleges and enterprise, enterprise culture and campus culture will inevitably have some impact. Correct understanding of the collision and finding out a way of blending between the two is the key. This article explains the collision between vocational campus culture and enterprise culture from the perspective of cognition, action, and deviation, and tries to find the way to blend the two from material culture, system culture, behavior culture, and spirit culture.
