校企合作的成败决定着一所职业院校的生存和发展，影响着一个企业的核心竞争能力和可持续性发展。但目前的校企合作，大多集中在中浅层次上，以职业院校为主导，企业参与被动，普遍存在合作层次较低、合作积极性不高、合作关系不稳定等问题。探索以共同利益为出发点，构建高等职业教育校企利益共同体合作新模式，已成为探寻破解校企合作难题，推动职业教育紧密贴合区域经济社会发展的重要途径。%The success of school-enterprise cooperation can determine the survival and development of a vocational college and also affect the core competence and sustainable development of a company. However, the current school-enterprise cooperation is mostly centrales on primary level. No matter the dominant position of vocational colleges or passive participation of enterprises, there are some common problems such as low level cooperation, low enthusiasm and unstable cooperation relationship. So pursuing common interests and constructing the new model of higher professional school-enterprise community of interests has become the important way to solve the problem of school-enterprise cooperation and improve the development of the close combination of vocational education and regional economy.
