Corrosion of metal and anti-corrosion is closely related to the development of modern science and technology and people's life, almost all of the metal materials are used in certain environment. In the use process, metal material is affected by surrounding environment and presents corrosion in a certain degree. Generally as time goes on, the metal properties decrease and is damaged, called "corrosion" or "aging". Modern corrosion science is developing rapidly, anti-corrosion technology continue to emerge, the anti-corrosion science is used in various fields, effectively reduces the economic losses caused by corrosion. This paper briefly introduces the corrosion and protection of metals.%金属腐蚀与防腐蚀问题与现代科学技术的发展以及人民的生活息息相关，几乎所有的金属材料都是在一定环境中使用。在使用的过程中，金属材料受到周围环境的影响作用总会发生一定程度的腐蚀。一般随着时间的延长而导致金属性能下降以及损毁的现象称之为“腐蚀”或“老化”。现代腐蚀科学正在迅速发展，新的防腐蚀技术不断涌现，进一步将防腐蚀科学应用于各个领域，有效的降低了腐蚀造成的经济损失，本文简单介绍了金属的腐蚀与防护。
