为了解决工程检测在近年来推向中介化所遇到的各种各样的问题，使得工程检测能够真正作为一种独立体服务于工程建设，规范工程建设行为，在工程建设中起到预防工程问题的出现的作用。文章参照工程实践，详细地从建筑原材料、建筑产品以及结构实体三方面论述了工程检测在工程质量保障中的重要性；阐明目前工程实践中普遍存在的工程检测问题，包括组织制度、监测人员意识以及不正当竞争方面；分析总结工程检测问题出现的原因，主要体现为市场混乱，操作不当以及责任不明；针对市场情况，人员意思，操作机制和责任状况提出工程问题相应的解决办法。%In order to solve the problems of engineering test Intermediarization in recent years, we make the project detection serve for construction as an independent body, regulate construction behavior and play a preventive role in the emergence of engineering problems. Referring to engineering practice,the papers discussed the importance of the project engineering test in quality assurance from the building materials, construction products and structural entities, presented the problems in project test, including the organization of the system, monitoring staff awareness and unfair competition, analyzed and summarized the reasons for engineering testing problems, it reflected in market confusion, improper operation and responsibility is unknown, finally proposed appropriate solutions to engineering problems.
