Human resources development and management is related to a company's future, and has a great impact on its success or failure. Scientific management of human resources is conducive to creating and nurturing talent, and help their employees get maximum value realization. Therefore, the human resources development and management is concerned by the current society, and becomes an important hot topic. In this paper, the status of corporate human resources and problems are analyzed and the causes resulting in corporate human resources problems are studied, and then countermeasures are put forward.%人力资源的开发与管理关系着一个企业的未来，对其兴衰成败有着很大的影响。人力资源的科学管理有利于造就和培养人才，有利于员工的自身价值得到最大程度的实现。因此当前社会越来越重视人力资源的开发和管理，成为当前一个重要的热点话题。本文对企业人力资源的现状和存在的问题进行分析，并研究造成企业人力资源问题的原因，进而提出人力资源的发展对策。
