依据中小物流企业资源整合的要求，分别从客户资源整合、信息资源整合、能力资源整合、组织资源整合中得出若干指标。通过运用层次分析法和灰色理论，建立了多层次灰色评价模型。最后，通过具体实例论述了多层次灰色评价方法在中小物流企业资源整合能力分析的应用。%This article concludes a group of indicators from the customer resource integration, information resources integration, and the power resource integration, organization resources integration respectively, according to the small and medium-sized logistics enterprise resource integration requirements. And the paper discusses the gray multi-level method in small and medium-sized logistics enterprise resource integration capability analysis process, by setting up a grey multi-level evaluation model based on the analytic hierarchy process and grey theory.
