我国高职教育招生规模不断扩大，就业形势日趋严峻。文章通过坚持高职教育理念、健全就业工作机构、完善就业工作制度三个角度，探索高职院校就业工作机制不断创新，做好高职院校的就业工作。%With the enlarged recruitment of higher vocational education, the employment situation is increasingly grim. The paper discusses how to do well employment work and innovate work mechanism from persisting higher vocational education concept, improving the employment work institutions, and perfecting employment system.
